Racing with an Audi in a Lincoln LS

Contrary to popular belief, a Lincoln is not just for old people.  I can attest to that because I have driven the Lincoln LS.  I truly enjoy driving the Lincoln LS.  First of all, the Lincoln LS is extremely well-poised and balanced.  It has a rock-solid chassis.  No matter what the road condition is, nothing rattles inside the Lincoln LS’s vault-like cabin.  While driving the Lincoln LS, I felt a sense of guaranteed security.  The leather seats inside the Lincoln LS are nicely bolstered and very comfortable.  The driving position is low; thus further enhancing the sports-car like feel.

While driving my Lincoln LS today on the Cross Island Parkway, an Audi came out of nowhere and cut in front of me and sped away.  That Audi, mostly likely an S4, was probably going at more than 100 mph.  The whole thing happened is less than half a second, so I never even had time to react.  He was that fast and furious.

Caffeine High

I am SUPER HYPER today!

My friends and I took advantage of Dunkin Donuts’ free iced coffee day on Vernal Equinox.  We all went and got our free iced coffee.  After the free iced coffee, I got another free beverage; this time at a bowling alley.  The second beverage I had was a hot tea by Tetley.  I left the tea bag in the cup for a good hour before I drank it.  I immediately felt the Caffeine rush.  I was upbeat, and I was dominant on the bowling lane as I was striking or sparing every frame.  As I kept getting strikes and spares, my celebratory moves became more ostentatious.  I was high-fiving everyone like I just won the U.S. Open.  I was doing the "Tiger Woods fist" not on the green, but on the wood.  I was jumping so high that I even touched the ceiling.  Talk about performance enhancing beverages; I now know two!

I am SUPER HYPER today!  Dunkin Donuts iced coffee + Tetley Hot Tea = Watch Out!  Get out of my way!

Write Once, Run Anywhere!

Those twin rovers still trekking away on the planet of Mars. A true testament to the power of computer programming. The two rovers’ every move and every decisions are guided by code, Java code to be exact. I saw an IMAX documentary on the twin rovers’ mission to Mars, and I was just amazed.

Thinking about Spirit and Opportunity just makes me want to innovate further. To push the limits of today’s technology further in the name of expanding tomorrow’s technology.

Write once, run anywhere!

My Passion

I love to travel!  I love going to places where I have never been to before.  I love the anticipation that comes right after booking the plane tickets.  I love the feeling on the night before the flight when I can’t fall asleep because I know in a few hours I will be boarding a plane and be flying to a place I have never been to before.  I love being at a place where the people, the language, the culture, and the food are different from what I am used to everyday here in NY.

Paint Ball

Paintball.

A step up from playing the water gun when we were kids.

It was a new experience.  As I never had played paintball before.  I am always up for trying something new.  I got all suited up in a camouflage jump suit.  I weared a protective mask.  The paintball gun was loaded with paintballs and filled with Nitrogen.  When I was ready to start the rampage, I looked like a Navy Seal or a "Chinese Rambo" ready to rock and roll.

In the beginning, I didn’t want to get hit.  However, I quickly realized that it is only fun if I venture out there and nail someone with some paintballs.  So I did.  I felt like I was in the movie: "Saving Private Ryan."  We worked together in teams to accomplish the mission.  I experienced the joy of paintball when I nailed a bogey right on his mask.  The paint just splattered his mask, and he was out of the game.

For some people, paintball is an opportunity to unleash their urge to experience violence.  For others, it is just a way to play soldier in a battlefield.

My legs are so sore from running around on uneven surfaces all day!
