今天我爬了在紐約的斷頸山, 還好不是斷揹山。 我才不敢爬斷揹山!   今天爬山算是對自己體能的一種考驗。  還好在健身房的辛苦沒有白費。 到目前為止都沒有任何痠痛, 希望明天早上起床時也是這樣。
